What does your company do?

Amazing! So, once again, my name is Cooper. My company is KM Digital. We are a paid advertising agency, specializing specifically in TikTok advertising, Facebook advertising, and Google advertising.

Where were you before BMC?

I think the biggest challenge in my space, as I mentioned during our call, is in the agency and marketing world. There are countless marketing agencies emerging every day. So, the major problem lies in scaling new client acquisition and creating an offer that truly stands out. Everyone seems to offer Facebook ads, TikTok ads, and Google ads now. But developing a unique offer and standing out from the hundreds of other agencies reaching out to potential clients daily has been my biggest struggle.

How did you find BMC, and what made you decide to work with us?

Fortunately, I was actually referred to the BMC. A partner of mine had already been in your program, and we were working on a couple of deals together. We both faced challenges in client acquisition and offer creation. He had started going through the actual program and began to see results. I remember having a conversation with him about it.

What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?

Super good question. I think, for me, it boils down to disbelief. When I started my business relatively quickly—I'm only 22 years old now, and at the time I was 21, just coming out of college—it was a matter of not believing that I could actually scale my business much further than I could imagine. Coming from a background where no one in my family really had a business, it was hard to believe. People would say, "You've done well, but you could do 10, 20, 30 times the size of the business that you have," and I didn't really believe it was possible because no one else around me was doing it. Slowly, I got into networking and speaking to other entrepreneurs in this space. But disbelief was definitely the thing that I had to deprogram, which is why I really loved the deprogramming phase in the 21-day course. You can't necessarily change your mindset without first figuring out what your current mindset is. You have to deprogram that disbelief that you can't do it before you start reprogramming yourself to be the entrepreneur who believes they can achieve whatever they want.

What are some “Before & After” results in tangible metrics you experienced in your business from working with us?

So in that reprogramming phase, I remember how I mentioned the disbelief beyond belief that I can scale my business and relate to what I specifically offer, which is paid advertising services. The disbelief that my service can be a 5-figure per month service was a significant hurdle for me. Many of the people I look up to, especially in my space, are charging 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, even 20 thousand per month to their clients. For me, as someone who was just barely making 10,000 with multiple clients, the thought of charging one client 5 figures per month was completely out of this world. It seemed impossible unless I was offering every service under the sun for them.

What would you say to someone considering working with BMC?

I'll say 100%, if you're in a position where you've watched this and you realize, "Hey, I'm definitely stuck," or you think you're stuck, then 9 times out of 10, you're stuck. Your business should constantly be growing. One of the ways that personally helped me was by trying out the 21-day program. I think the 21-day program, by far, and I've taken a couple of other people's programs as well in the meantime, but in terms of the structure, the monthly coaching, the network—as I mentioned, it brought me referral clients—and just the community itself, it's been invaluable.
