What people fail to realize about the law of attraction, is that the law of attraction is a secondary law to the law of vibration. Meaning, you must first be an energetic match to what you want in order to attract what you desire.
And at any moment you can raise your frequency. At any moment you can operate at a higher frequency and become an energetic match for more abundance.
Stress, overwhelm, confusion, anxiety, and low self-worth are all emotional signals of the mismanagement of your energy.
This often leads to random mood swings, disease, sickness, fear, depression, etc.
(These are all results of not mastering your own energy.)
So when you master your energy, you take control of your life.
The best way to learn how to maintain a high vibrational frequency is to pay close attention to your energy, intuition, and inner wisdom.
Know when to push through and be disciplined but also know when to take a break, give yourself grace, and receive.
Burnout, exhaustion, or the lack of a burning desire is often a byproduct of not nurturing your energy. It is important that you know when to focus on raising your frequency, so pay attention to your internal compasses and feelings.
You are a vibrational match, remember?
Because operating at a high vibration is simpler than you think. It’s a matter of shifting your beliefs and allowing those beliefs to translate into habits and behaviors that reflect an energetic match to the reality you wish to create.
Why?
Because it is impossible to be at a low vibration and abundant or grateful at the same exact time.
Think about something, someone, or someplace that evokes a smile ear-to-ear. Now try to be sad while thinking about this instance that makes you feel so happy.
You’ll notice that your brain has to quit focusing on one to experience the other.
Raising your frequency is not about becoming superhuman.
It’s about shifting your energy focus from “doing” to being.
